    The TBX tab is located in Settings > File settings. In this tab you can specify which term statuses are forbidden.

Specifying forbidden terms in TBX

Open QA Distiller.
On the menu bar, click Settings > File settings.
Click the TBX tab.
Select the check boxes of the statuses that you want to forbid.
By default, notRecommended and obsolete are selected.
